With over 25 years of combined experience in both in-house and agency recruitment, we’ve seen the challenges businesses face when trying to hire salespeople who actually deliver.
We founded Vendora Search to bring together the speed and agility of an external recruiter with the deep understanding of an internal talent partner. Our goal isn’t just to fill roles – it’s to improve your entire sales hiring process.
What’s in a name?
Vendora is inspired by the Italian words vendere (to sell) and ora (now) – reflecting our mission to deliver top sales talent with speed, precision, and impact.
